Yes. All candidates who successfully complete the Program are confirmed on the Bank’s rolls.
Yes, for the 21-day Classroom phase. TVS Training & Services Ltd, provides hostel accommodation, with boarding and lodging included in the course fee. After the classroom phase, students relocate to their assigned branch location. Lodging and boarding are provided only during these 21 days.

Leave is granted only in case of emergencies, with prior permission from the Head of Program (TVS Training & Services Ltd) and the Program Coordinator or Kotak Mahindra Bank HR and is entirely at the Bank’s discretion.
The candidate is not entitled to employment with Kotak Mahindra Bank, and the enrolment letter stands withdrawn. The Bank is not liable for any course fees paid to TVS Training and Services Ltd, or any other expenses incurred by the candidate.
Classes run 8.5 hours a day, 6 days a week.
Upon successful completion and clearance of the Program, you will receive the Certification in Customer Acquisition & Sales Management.

No targets during the Classroom Program at TVS Training and Services Ltd. Value Banker candidates will get real-time exposure and CASA targets to prepare them for the Acquisition Manager role.

Designed for aspiring banking professionals, the program combines industry knowledge, practical learning, and skill development to prepare graduates for a successful career in banking.
CTC: ₹3,60,000 LPA + Performance-Linked Pay
The selection process for the program involves several stages:

All candidates who successfully complete the program will join Kotak Mahindra Bank as Assistant Manager.
The program is fully residential during the 15 days of the classroom program. Hostel accommodation is provided to all students by TVS Training & Services Ltd. The course fee is inclusive of all boarding & lodging costs at the campus. The students will move to their respective branch location that is assigned to them after the program completion.
Expenses for travelling from home location to Kotak Mahindra Bank premises have to be borne by the candidate. Kotak Mahindra Bank shall not reimburse the same. In addition, the students should make necessary arrangements (boarding and lodging) on their own while joining Kotak Mahindra Bank premises as well.
The medium of study will be English.
Leave would be given only with the specific permission of the Head of program at TVS Training & Services Ltd and the Program Coordinator or Kotak Mahindra Bank HR department. The same will be allowed at the sole discretion of Kotak Mahindra Bank.
It is subject to the conditions mentioned in the Appointment letter that the candidate shall be in active employment with the Bank at the time of disbursement of the bonus.
The candidate is not entitled to seek employment with Kotak Mahindra Bank if they are unable to complete the program successfully and the enrollment letter stands withdrawn. Further, the Bank is not liable for any fees paid for the course to TVS Training & Services Ltd or any other expenses incurred by the candidate for the program.
The classes will be held for 8 hours each day. The classes will be held 6 days a week.
The certificate will be issued upon successful completion and clearance of the program
The student may be posted at any branch/office of Kotak Mahindra Bank across India. While preference of candidates may be asked, there is no guarantee that the same will be provided at the time of posting. Posting shall be based on available vacancies across India.
