Welcome to the Post Graduate Programme in Relationship Management, a meticulously curated programme designed to transform young and talented graduates into proficient bankers. As a Sourcing & Training partner of ICICI Bank, TVS Training & Services is proud to offer this comprehensive training programme, which equips participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in relationship management roles within the banking industry.
The PGPRM is a specialized training course aimed at preparing candidates for dynamic roles in sales and relationship management. Through a combination of structured classroom training and practical learning, participants will gain a 360-degree customer-centric approach essential for modern banking professionals.
Upon successful completion of the programme, students will be absorbed into ICICI Bank at the Senior Officer grade, designated as Relationship Managers.
Selected candidates will then undergo a 21-day virtual training programme with TVS Training & Services.
The training fee for the Post Graduate Programme in Relationship Management is ₹40,000/- plus applicable GST. This fee covers the expenses incurred during the 21-day training programme. Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will be absorbed into ICICI Bank as Relationship Managers.
