The Sales and Relationship Management Program (SRM) is a 15 to 20 days immersive classroom training initiative offered by TVS Training & Services Ltd, in collaboration with ICICI Bank Limited. This program is thoughtfully designed to transform ambitious graduates into future-ready banking professionals equipped with strong sales acumen, customer relationship expertise, and comprehensive banking knowledge.
The program prepares participants to build successful careers in the banking industry by developing capabilities across sales effectiveness, customer engagement, product knowledge, regulatory awareness, digital banking platforms, and essential soft skills.
Upon successful completion of the program, candidates will be on-boarded with ICICI Bank as Sales and Relationship Managers (Senior Officer Grade)—marking the beginning of a promising and structured career in banking.
The Sales and Relationship Management Program is designed to strengthen the capability of ICICI Bank’s frontline and relationship teams by enhancing sales effectiveness, customer relationship management, and profitability orientation, while ensuring compliance and service excellence.
TVS TS does not collect any admission fees or charges for enrolling in the Sales and Relationship Management Program.

This Privacy Policy shall be construed and governed by the laws of India without regard to principles of conflict of laws. All disputes, differences, claims, controversies and the like, which may arise between the parties to this Privacy Policy, including construction, meaning or operation or effect of the same shall be referred to sole arbitration of an arbitrator to be nominated by the MCCI Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation Centre (MAMC), The Madras Chamber of Commerce and Industry, ‘Karumuttu Centre’, First Floor, No. 634, Anna Salai, Nandanam, Chennai – 600 035, at the request of the authorised signatory of either SST or yourself, as the case may be, and such arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2021, or its statutory amendments, and in accordance with the MAMC’s Rules of Arbitration and Conciliation or its amendments, in English language, and the seat of arbitration shall be at Chennai; the venue of arbitration shall be as per the choice of the MAMC-appointed arbitrator. The Award passed by the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the Parties.
For any interim relief, the courts in Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
