The Sales and Relationship Management Program (SRM) is a 15 to 20 days immersive classroom training initiative offered by TVS Training & Services Ltd, in collaboration with ICICI Bank Limited. This program is thoughtfully designed to transform ambitious graduates into future-ready banking professionals equipped with strong sales acumen, customer relationship expertise, and comprehensive banking knowledge.

The program prepares participants to build successful careers in the banking industry by developing capabilities across sales effectiveness, customer engagement, product knowledge, regulatory awareness, digital banking platforms, and essential soft skills.

Upon successful completion of the program, candidates will be on-boarded with ICICI Bank as Sales and Relationship Managers (Sales Officer Grade)—marking the beginning of a promising and structured career in banking.
