Overview
This training program is designed to create awareness about the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Act and promote a safe, respectful, and legally compliant workplace.
The program helps employees understand appropriate workplace behaviour, recognize different forms of harassment, and follow the proper complaint and inquiry procedures.
Through interactive discussions, real-life case studies, and practical workplace scenarios, participants gain clarity on their rights, responsibilities, and organizational policies related to workplace safety and dignity.

- Introduction to PoSH Act – purpose, scope, and applicability
- Inquiry procedure and principles of natural justice
- Definition and types of workplace sexual harassment
- Disciplinary actions, legal consequences, and confidentiality norms
- Forms of harassment – verbal, non-verbal, physical, and digital
- Do’s & Don’ts, prevention strategies, and workplace best practicesof power industrial trucks
- Understanding Quid Pro Quo and Hostile Work Environment
- Roles and responsibilities of employees and employers
- Constitution and role of the Internal Committee (IC)
- Complaint filing process – timelines and documentation
Outcomes
After completing the training, participants will:
- Understand what constitutes sexual harassment and what does not
- Contribute to building a safe and respectful workplace culture
- Be aware of their rights, responsibilities, and reporting procedures
- Know how to handle and escalate complaints appropriately
