Welcome to the Kotak Relationship Banking Program — a fast-track career launchpad designed by TVS Training & Services in partnership with Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited to develop high-potential graduates into relationship-focused banking specialists.
This industry-aligned program blends banking fundamentals, real-world application, and hands-on relationship management exposure.
Upon successful completion, candidates will be placed with Kotak Mahindra Bank as a Relationship Officer – Digital Banking 811, marking the beginning of a successful career in banking.
Stipend: ₹5,000 (upon successful completion of training)
CTC: ₹3,50,000 LPA + Performance-Linked Pay
Assured Bonus: ₹20,000 to be paid on Confirmation and ₹20,000 at the end of 1ˢᵗ year
The selection process for the program involves several stages:
All candidates who successfully complete the program will join Kotak Mahindra Bank as Assistant Manager.
The program is fully residential during the 15 days of the classroom program. Hostel accommodation is provided to all students by TVS Training & Services Ltd. The course fee is inclusive of all boarding & lodging costs at the campus. The students will move to their respective branch location that is assigned to them after the program completion.
Expenses for travelling from home location to Kotak Mahindra Bank premises have to be borne by the candidate. Kotak Mahindra Bank shall not reimburse the same. In addition, the students should make necessary arrangements (boarding and lodging) on their own while joining Kotak Mahindra Bank premises as well.
The medium of study will be English.
Leave would be given only with the specific permission of the Head of program at TVS Training & Services Ltd and the Program Coordinator or Kotak Mahindra Bank HR department. The same will be allowed at the sole discretion of Kotak Mahindra Bank.
It is subject to the conditions mentioned in the Appointment letter that the candidate shall be in active employment with the Bank at the time of disbursement of the bonus.
The candidate is not entitled to seek employment with Kotak Mahindra Bank if they are unable to complete the program successfully and the enrollment letter stands withdrawn. Further, the Bank is not liable for any fees paid for the course to TVS Training & Services Ltd or any other expenses incurred by the candidate for the program.
The classes will be held for 8 hours each day. The classes will be held 6 days a week.
The certificate will be issued upon successful completion and clearance of the program
The student may be posted at any branch/office of Kotak Mahindra Bank across India. While preference of candidates may be asked, there is no guarantee that the same will be provided at the time of posting. Posting shall be based on available vacancies across India.
