Welcome to the Kotak Realationship Manager, Offered by TVS Training & Services in collaboration with Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, the Assistant Manager (AM) Program is a 15-day immersive classroom training journey designed to shape ambitious graduates into future-ready banking professionals. The Program empowers participants with strong sales capabilities, customer relationship expertise, in-depth product knowledge, regulatory awareness, hands-on exposure to Kotak Mahindra Bank’s digital banking platforms, and essential soft skills—preparing them to build successful careers and create meaningful impact in the banking industry.
The Program integrates structured classroom sessions, practical case studies, role plays, and periodic assessments to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of contemporary banking practices. Eligible candidates include graduates below 25 years of age with a consistent academic record.
Upon successful completion, candidates will be placed with Kotak Mahindra Bank as Assistant Manager at the Manager Grade (M1) —marking the beginning of a successful career in banking.
Welcome to the Assistant Manager Program, a thoughtfully designed initiative that transforms high-potential graduates into competent and customer-centric banking professionals. Offered by TVS Training & Services in partnership with Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (KMBL), this comprehensive Program equips participants with industry-relevant knowledge, practical skills, and hands-on exposure to excel in relationship management roles and build a strong foundation for a successful career in banking.
The Assistant Manager Program is designed to equip participants with a strong understanding of corporate banking, with a focus on identifying and engaging key corporate accounts through established entry-point relationships. Participants will develop effective communication and presentation skills to confidently engage with core corporate clients, particularly in the area of Digital Banking solutions. The Program also emphasizes cross-selling of banking products to mapped corporate salary accounts, along with building capabilities to handle clients’ investment and insurance requirements, enabling a holistic relationship management approach.
The selection process for the program involves several stages:
Assured Bonus: Rs. 30,000 will be paid on successful completion of 1 year with the Bank
All candidates who successfully complete all the stages of the Programme will join Kotak Mahindra Bank asAssistant Manager
The Programme is fully residential during the 15 days of Classroom Programme. Hostel accommodation is provided to all students by TVS Training & Services Ltd. The course fee is inclusive of all boarding & lodging costs at the campus. The students will move to their respective branch location that is assigned to them after the Programme completion.
Expenses for travelling from home location to Kotak Mahindra Bank premises have to be borne by the candidate. Kotak Mahindra Bank shall not reimburse the same. In addition, the students should make necessary arrangements (boarding and lodging) on their own while joining Kotak Mahindra Bank premises as well.
The medium of study will be English.
Leave would be given only with the specific permission of the Head of Programme at TVS Training & Services Ltd and Programme Coordinator or Kotak Mahindra Bank HR Department. The same will be allowed at the sole discretion of Kotak Mahindra Bank.
It is subject to the condition that the candidate shall be in active employment with the Bank at the time of disbursement of the bonus.
The candidate is not entitled to seek an employment with Kotak Mahindra Bank if he/she is unable to complete the Program successfully and the enrolment letter stands withdrawn. Further, the Bank is not liable for any fees paid for the course to TVS Training & Services Ltd or any other expenses incurred by the candidate for the Programme.
The classes will be held for 7 to 8 hours each day. The classes will be held 6 days a week.
The certificate will be issued upon successful completion and clearance of all stages of the Programme.
The student may be posted at any branch/office of Kotak Mahindra Bank across India. While preference of candidates may be asked, there is no guarantee that the same will be provided at the time of posting. Posting shall be based on available vacancies across India.
